Home court advantage

First game back at The Garden. Celtics are dominating the Bobcats - check out this awesome photo by the wonderful Chris Brook.

On another note - happy hump day! It's almost the weekend, which means it's almost HALLOWEEN! Check back soon for a post on spooky, tricky, treat-y, events.

I'm bleeding green!

Booooyaaaaaa -- The Celtics beat the Cavs 95-89.

Great start to the season. For those of you who missed it (shame!!) click here to see game photos put together by the lovely folks over at Boston.com.

Tomorrow the C's are back at the Garden against the Charlotte Bobcats. Catch the game at 7:30.

Game on!

Alrighty kiddos, those of you who know me know what a huge Boston Celtics fan I am! Well today is the team's first game of the season against the Cleveland Cavaliers at 7:30 p.m.

My roommate of three years and biffle Amelia is a die-hard Cavs fan. Little Amelia is in Beijing on co-op so she won't be here to watch the game. It's going to be weird watching without her. But still, game on, Little A, GAME ON!

So whether you're hitting up sports pubs, or rallying up your amigos at home enjoy the game! Go Cs!

If you are going out, allow me to recommend The Greatest Bar and Boston Beer Works both opposite the TD Banknorth Garden.

Bonjour!

Welcome to Boston is my playground! This blog will focus on things to do around Greater Boston. Upcoming concerts, delicious restaurants, fun bars - I'll document it all here.

While Boston may be an average sized city, it's full of endless opportunities. In a city drowning in college students, up and coming musicians/artists, and people just looking for a good time there is always something to do. There are always a handful of events to satisfy the tastes of every party-seeker.

So tune in and get ready for a fun night out.
